inlikeflynn5 @amandadenae Hi! They seem to run true to size but fit very snug but that’s how they are supposed to fit because they hold everything in to give you a very smooth look. This is how all SHAPERMINT products fit. The instructions even tell you to put them on feet first and work them up because they are too snug to pull over your shoulders. I would estimate a Size M should fit Sizes 6-8 and Size L for Sizes 10-12. Hope this helps!😊
