@kelleyo1111 they do run pretty large.. the straps do not adjust and the crotch is pretty low.. the top of strap to crotch is 34 inches.. it's a tough call.. I have a short torso so even an xs works but with the rounded crotch a little short and it looks wierd.. I don't have a small to compare measurements but the xs is 33 inches .. I hope that helped
