Good used condition belted wrap Think Tank skirt. The skirt is 100% silk and the waist and belt are suade. The skirt has 2 sets of hook and eye closures on either side of the waist. There are 2 belt buckles and 2 belt loops. One of the belt loops does need to be repaired. That is the only flaw with this skirt. The skirt is dry clean only.
