This is a pretty stretchy paisley pencil skirt. Colors in skirt are shades of blue, black, tan, orange and white. Skirt has a 2” stretchy waistband. Fabric content is 85% viscose rayon, 10% nylon and 5% spandex, machine washable. Measurements are length 21 inches and waistband approximately 32 inches.
