ashey16 ‼️‼️ BUYERS BEWARE ‼️‼️ This seller is intentionally fraudulent and deceptive. I’ve been on PM for 12 years and this was hands down the worst transaction I’ve experienced. This description lists this item as BRAND NEW. I received the item 12 days after purchase.

ashey16 The bag was SO worn, cracked, torn, peeling, and missing studs that it’s not even usable. I wish I could attach a video. I have been searching for this bag for a while and would have returned it if I hadn’t been looking for so long. It needs to be completely repaired and restored which is going to run me about $400. This would have been fine had the seller been upfront and honest about the condition and not been intentionally dishonest.

ashey16 I submitted a claim stating I would be open to a partial refund as the bag is on the complete opposite end of the condition spectrum than was listed. The seller came back and replied that she paid thousands for this bag years ago and to just return it because she was only making $84 on the sale anyway. No apologies about the misrepresentation, no working with me to right the situation, nothing. Just a flat out nonchalant and dismissive attitude.

ashey16 I kept the item and received a partial credit from PM, not from the seller. . It didn’t give the option to rate the transaction due to that, so I’m leaving a warning here. Hope this helps prevent another fraudulent headache of a transaction.
