by & by Floral Skirt/Short Maxi & Off Shoulder Blouse Set Size XXL Worn only a couple times by my daughter for music performances (see last couple photos) - in great condition still. Skirt is sheer with attached shorts underneath and has a slit up to waist (see last image). Top is off the shoulder with elastic straps and an elastic waist and is cropped. Long ruffled sleeves. It is sheer and lined. Very flattering and beautiful set. Great for casual spring/summer wear or for more formal settings. My daughter wore it for formal band performances/competitions.
