Measurement waistband to bottom hem: 23.5 inches Measurement waist-laying flat: 15.5 inches Condition: Preowned. Skirt is good/very good preowned condition. The only flaw found was a small stain on the front as seen in the last picture. Hard to see it with colorful pattern. Theme/Occasion: Add some color to your closet and either amp up the pattern with another print or cool it down with a solid.
