Lilly Pulitzer Dress-Beach Shells-Turquoise/Navy Blue-V Neck Ties-Gold Rings-XS Adorable Lilly dress is a straight shift and has 3/4 length sleeves that roll up and button to be elbow length if you want. At the front of the scoop neck there is a V and six gold rings that have a lace running through them. I don't think it is really supposed to tie but just looks great! It is an XS size and measures 18" across the front from pit to pit and it is 33" long from the shoulder. Very soft rayon knit fabric is machine washable. No stains or flaws. Smoke free home
