SACHIN AND BABI NOIR Pink Tulle Cocktail Dress Applique Rose *Flaw

Description: Absolutely stunning dress by Sachin & Babi "Noir".  Very hard to find retired style.  This got so many amazing reviews on Rent the Runway - people saying they felt like a princess.  Pale pink illusion bodice, with show stopping Floral applique.  Fit and flare down to full skirt with layers of tulle.  I found at a resale shop and it still had the tags on.  I was going to wear it to my son's rehearsal dinner.  I noticed the zipper had some issues (flipped outward/not attached and there were a few loose spots/hole in the Tulle).  So I took it to my seamstress to repair.  She said that to repair it, she's either have to close in the zipper a few inches (making it harder to get off and on) or take a little bit out of the fabric on either side of the zipper, making the waist smaller.  It was very tight on me to start with - I normally wear a size 6 - so there's no way I could have it altered smaller.  Therefore, I'm marking this as a size 2 even though that it's marked a size 4.  The zipper doesn't want to lay flat as is when you put it on.  I "could" have worn it like it is - a bumpy, wavy back zipper but I thought I'd sell and try to find something else for my son's dinner. Size: Marked 4 but with proper alterations it would be a 2 - Please review measurements in photos to ensure proper fit. Condition: New with tags - BUT needs repair to zipper as noted above, making it smaller to fix properly.  Also, a few separations in the Tulle and 1 line discoloration as shown.
