Short shorts by Paris Blues. The hem is distinctive...it is done with it turned inside out (see pic), but I believe this is the design. Stretch fabric; 76% cotton, 23% polyester; 1% spandex. Back pockets. These sit lower than the waist. These shorts show visible signs of wear, fair condition....but they are very cute! Although the care instructions recommend otherwise, this garment has been successfully steam washed with laundry sanitizer and steam dried, leaving a light, fresh scent and ensuring cleanliness.
