What are the measurements please? Laying flat: 1. underarm to underarm 2. Centre back neck to hem. 3. Underarm to sleeve cuff. Seems like the sizing may be off so best to check. Thank you

Also please the measurement on the back laying flat - shoulder to shoulder and underarm to underarm. Thank you so much. Also what size do you normally wear as you said you need to size up? Size 8 or 10?

1. Underarm to underarm - 17
2. Centre back neck to hem - 31.5
3. Underarm to sleeve cuff - 17
4. Shoulder to shoulder - 14.5
