Vintage crochet neck long sleeved secretary day dress, size small - med

This little gem is a reworked piece I would say is 70s or 80s. No brand tag or fabric label, but from measurements I would say a small to medium is best. Features a veed neckline with added crochet collar, shoulder pads and puffed long sleeves, elastic waist, detachable fabric belt with marbleized plastic buckle, and a midi length. Waist stretches nicely, and the bust has ample room for a blousy fit. I believe whoever owned this added the crochet collar.
