Width shoulder to shoulder is 24 inches laying flat and length top seem in shoulder to bottom of jacket is 24 inches. When measured in the back the collar adds 2 inches to the back of the back when folded.
I am 5’8”, 185 lbs and 38DD and it fits me perfect. Just for reference.
