However when we upgraded our HVAC recently, it came with its own fancy thermostat and would not work with the Nest. I LOVED BEING ABLE TO SET which sensor the thermostat is "keying off of". Because I had so many sensors, I used to keep one outside, so I could monitor outside temp from the Nest app! Installation instructions can easily be found on the web. Item is in PERFECT WORKING CONDITION as you can see from the photos. The front display is in excellent condition. Any artifacts you see that look like flaws are actually just reflections of the room I was taking pictures in. Hope you enjoy having a smart thermostat, I sure did!
