Distribute a quarter-size amount of Celebration Body Foundation Illumination onto the center of makeup brush. Apply in long, even strokes on larger areas. For smaller areas, focus the product on the top part of the brush and use small, circular motions. Apply one coat for lightest coverage, two for medium and three for full. Wait 30 seconds between coats. We recommend applying layers 2 and 3 in a tapping motion to ensure that layer 1 is not rubbed off.
