Does this hood roll up into the collar ?

@rfleezy Sorry for the delay in answering your question. This does not roll up into the collar. It does not have a pocket to do so. I added a picture. It has a tab on the hood, but no pocket and to be honest I have no idea what that tab is for excepted it tightens the hood and for what purpose I have no idea.
