Silver bangle charm bracelet, Rodan & Fields, 4 charms, March birthstone

Rodan & Fields Journey bracelet. Silver tone expandable bangle charm bracelet. Round charm w/Roman numeral one, possibly level one. Second round charm says “Changing Skin”. Third charm, oval, says Rodan & Fields. Fourth charm is a round aquamarine birthstone for March or a representation of a level or achievement reached in the company. Rodan & Fields is a skin care company & their bangles are usually made out of resin. This seems to be a Silver tone metal one. More than likely, a promotional item or a recognition award within the company. The charms usually represent different achievements or levels attained within the company. This is a pre-loved item. Seems to be in very nice condition, but there is some normal wear to it. This was in an estate box that I purchased. I do not know anything about it.
