Wet Seal Silvertone choker style plunge fringe necklace. Fringe is about 7 inch

This classic Y2K WET SEAL is legit from 2005. I know because I owned it. Silver toned and fringe it’s shown styled with a classic y2k look plunging neckline. (WHBM jacket not included in listing) only worn once but it really held up, no rust no sign of wear. But very Y2K !! Questions? Leave a comment below!
