A super RARE find! Old Staffordshire English Art Pottery Toby Philpott Man Stein Hearty Good Fellow in absolutely amazing condition. Made in Beswick, England. I believe this is a creamer as it doesn't appear to lend itself to drinking from it; but pouring cream from it into a cup of tea or coffee. No chips or blemishes.
