@jlovelace2001 good morning! The outer fabric layer of the dress is not stretchy except for the part at the waist which is elastic shirring. That part stretches to accommodate different waist sizes. The underneath boy shorts have some stretch. Hope this info helps. Thank you for looking. 🙏 🍀
