I love this yellow jacket! But I seriously question the measurement of 13 1/2 across the chest. If you double that, it’s only 27 inches. Does this only fit someone with no breasts?

@designwoman I wear size small the jacket fits me and I have 34 D’s you don’t have to have it buttoned up it’s a blazer there is room in the chest area the measurement is width of body..

It does button up, but it’s below the chest so if your big busted you can still wear the blazer
