Beautiful Bright colors, flowing tiers and ruffled neckline with a belted tie. Stretch top neckline and waistline. 100% Rayon. In excellent pre-owned condition. (There is one tiny mark you can see on the last photo. It is underneath the top ruffled layer, so not visible unless you look for it, and it is hardly noticeable, but I want to make sure and point it out.)
