There are however some scuffs/wear on the exterior of the bag. I feel the issues of denting are more of a storage issue and should smooth out with use. I don’t feel like they detract from the beauty of this bag, but they are pictured. Bottom of bag again has scuff/dent but the feet (which say Henri Bendel!) are un scratched. Inside is immaculate!
