What is the waist measurement on this shift? And, are those two stains on the back, on the left side?

@shannonashleyfl Hi! There are no stains or other marks on the dress. I’ve added a bunch of additional pics of the left side. If there are specific areas of concern that aren’t shown, please let me know. I’ve also added pics showing an approximate flat waist measurement of 21”. I hope that helps!
