NEW NWT Girls XXL / 18 Linen Blend Smocked Sleeveless Shirt & Shorts 2 Pc Outfit

They are made with 82% rayon and 18% linen and machine washable. The smocked shirt has ruffles on the sleeves and along the bottom.
