We had it altered to have the dress stop at her waist and used fabric from the dress to make a lace up back. See pics for details. Dress was altered at the bottom for a 5’3” female with 3-4 in stacked heels. It can now comfortably fit a size 4, but can still be laced tight enough for size 2.
