lmd31 From another post for a size small it is say Waist:19” stretched up to 28” Hips: 34” Length: approximately 41” but I will double check tomorrow.

lmd31 @skylablu waist un-stretched is 20 and stretched up to 35 for comfort. Hips are at 35 max.

lmd31 @emm103123 I never wore it. The previous owner probably did wear it! It is not perfect, and it is not new. The hem has some threads coming off it and it is very wrinkled with that said because of the ruffles, it is not super noticeable.

skylablu @lmd31 is the waist stretched out? Is the 19” stretched or as is?

lmd31 @skylablu it starts as 19 inches and will stretch to 35 if you needed it. The hips are 34 inches.
