kt53bt54 @jakreder hello Ja. Thanks for reaching out to me. The purse stays closed when you pull the small gold strap on each side to the top of the purse. This closes the bag shut. Both sides must be pulled to the top of the purse to close it. Both sides were at the top and the bag closed when I wrapped the purse for shipping. To open the bag, simply pull the gold strap on each side down and the purse is now open.

kt53bt54 I was looking at the pictures and it’s a small reddish brown strap with gold. The two straps must be pulled to the top tk close.
