I am not sure of the size but according to the measurements I would say it is a size 10. the color looks darker than it is in the photos (the last picture is the most accurate - it is a nice Kelly green and the dogs are navy blue). it has a double clasp, button and zipper closure. two front pockets, a secret coin pocket that has not had the seam ripped, and two back pockets.
