Frye Anna Chelsea Black Leather Boots Pull On Low Heel Shoes Women's Size 8M style # 3479259- BLK These Frye women's Chelsea boots are beautiful! They have a smooth black leather, a low heel, a rounded toe, and stretch panels on either side of the boot for a comfortable fit on your ankle. There is very slight arch support on the interior, and of course the Frye logo proudly stamped on the outer heel of each boot.
