I have a fabulous freewrite (I remember the days when it was called the Hemingwrite) smart typewriter. I am the only owner of this one and I write for a living but find that I use a computer much more than my freewrite. If you aren’t sure what a freewrite is then look them up online. They’re special: mechanical keyboard, very little editing, direct synch to any of multiple online Dropbox or writing synch cloud drives, multiple and easy WiFi connectivity and e-ink screen. It’s distraction free and the battery lasts for a very long time with the E-ink. If this kind of writing works for you it’s a blessing. The aluminum case and tough integrated handle make the thing perfect for taking to cafes, writing first thing in the morning or working somewhere remote. It stores thousands of pages internally and synchs automatically when connecting to WiFi. Special keys to start new projects and you get a ton done with editing done later. But I find I use my laptop and notebooks more and more and I feel someone else can make use of this fabulous tool. I’ll wipe the memory but all boxes, information and the USB c cable for charging are included. It didn’t come with a charging brick and I just use my Apple one.
