Hangegefashion Black Dress Tag says M (medium), but I suspect this dress runs small as it was too slim to fit on my dressform Top half is sheer black, two layers Wrap v-neck front on the top part Has frilly trim around the neck Sleeves are sheer black with a narrow cuff Bottom part is very sheer black with embroidered flowers and a beige lining underneath Zips from just under the right arm, about 1/3 or so of the length of the dress Scalloped hem Much of what is printed on the tags is perhaps Korean? Measurements Bust is about 32 inches (81 cm) Sleeve length from shoulder to cuff is about 23 inches (58.5 cm) Arm opening at cuff is about 8 inches (20 cm) Shoulder seam to shoulder seam is about 15 inches (38 cm) Shoulder to hem is about 34 inches (86.5 cm) Waist is about 30 inches (76 cm) Measurement around hem is about 36 inches (91.5 cm) New with tags
