snelly1075 Hi- would these fit a waist measurement of approximately 25”? I really like them but don’t want them too tight

nandvclothes @snelly1075 Hi! I’m sorry I forgot to put the picture with waist’s measurement. It’s about 14 inches, so about 28… if it helps. Has some give but not in the hip or legs (that was my problem). Thank you and have a great day!
