Kate Spade Gail Ponte Dress

It’s always with a heavy heart when I have to list one of my Kate Spade’s that doesn’t fit. So much thought goes into my selection process. I wait and wait ‘til I need a pick me up or for a special occasion. In this case, it was for a return to the office after a long absence. It is without a doubt beautiful. It has two very important features. There is lace holding the hem in place and additional material at the hem for the sleeve. These two pieces give structure to the dress while the body remains flexible. My problem? Chubby arms. Without stretch at the opening of the sleeve it didn’t fit 🥲. Poshmark, something so well made with no detail left to chance must have a closet somewhere it could call home. Please search high and low. Leave no stone unturned. Shoulder to hem 34”. Pit to pit 16”. Midsection 17”. Shoulder to shoulder 14”. Circumference of the opening of the sleeve 11”.
