This is a beautiful dark chocolate brown patent frame style handbag. This type of bag was particularly popular in the 1950s and 1960s. The bag has a structured shape, a glossy finish typical of patent leather, and a single top handle attached with gold-tone hardware. The clasp is also gold-tone, adding to the vintage aesthetic. zzzzzz111111 Morning, any cracks, splits, worn corners, etc... especially cracks in the patent near or under the hinge points where the frame comes together - including in the deep folds of the patent? Is there a tag or stamped marking showing patent leather? Thanks. John
