These are in great condition because I rarely wore them. They have multiple pockets and Velcro closing pockets in the back. Around the ankle, you can wear them loose or tighten them with the elastic as shown in the picture. These are scrub pants by KOI. I wash them in the machine and then dry on low for 10 minutes then hang dry. 30 inch inseam no signs of wear no tears no stains. Waist is elastic with a drawstring you can tie in a bow. These are very comfortable.
