Vintage 60s heavy amber glass set 2 ashtrays classic bowling smoking accessories

These 2 ash trays were originally used as ashtrays at my Great Aunt's ice cream shoppe in upstate NY in the 50's/ 60's. These ashtrays were kept in the small break-room & side office when people smoked because...well...they just did. They were later brought back to stay at my Grandparent's house after the shoppe closed - they were in the house to serve as ring & trinket holders. I recall the large one being in their livingroom & my Grandmother would set her sewing needles & thimbles in it while she sewed as to not loose important items in her chair. The ashtrays have a great weight & can nest together. They're also a beautiful amber hue of dark golden brown...like honey. I do have other amber glass listed if you're into this coloring! They could be used as bar-ware, to house little succulent plants, hold incense, etc. Measures: Large 6" diameter / fits cigars Smaller 5" diameter Both approx 1" deep All undamaged & in excellent condition
