This elegant navy blue skirt is perfect for formal occasions like prom. The shiny fabric has an almost metallic sheen. I wore it once for a Christmas party with a sparkley sweater. It’s too tight on me now. Plus I have another skirt almost exactly like it. Off to a new closet for this one! 😄
