RARE Vintage BIA Cordon Bleu Aluminum Mold with Two Doves

This is a vintage BIA Cordon Bleu aluminum mold in the shape of two doves made in France. BIA Cordon Bleu was founded in 1952 by French and Belgian expats, these entrepreneurs wanted to offer the American market innovative kitchenware that they knew was only available in Europe at the time. This type of mold was used for creating chocolate or other confectionery items. 6” tall, 10.5” wide, 4.5” deep. Original clips in tact, missing bottom piece.
