I think it's from the 1940's but I'm no expert! made of a soft, not bright, semi-sheer crinoline like material w/ a tonal floral print. fabric is a bit stiff creating a more structured silhouette. has side zipper & single small pleats at bust, but little or no stretch. no tags either so plz compare measurements carefully & feel free 2 ask ?s 16.5 pit 2 pit 12" waistband 15" shoulder 2 waistband 39" waistband 2 hem in amazing condition - no defects, clean & pristine!
