Sabo tribeca dress - floreale

New with tags, very cute dress but unfortunately the top portion does not fit me and this dress was non refundable. The length and waist was great I’m 5’4 and size 4 typically for reference. But the top part is likely only going to fit someone with a smaller bust. I’m 34D and it was too tight a fit.
