MEASUREMENTS Each bracelet measures approximately 7" around when not being stretched, although length may vary slightly. The round beads are app. 8mm & 10 mm. Made with elastic cord that stretches. AROMATHERAPY USE For use as an essential oil diffuser, spread a few small drops of your desired essential oil* (such as lavender, lemongrass, or eucalyptus) on the Lava rock beads (be careful not too use too much, so it isn't overpowering) and let it absorb for a couple minutes before putting it on your wrist. Enjoy the oil's benefits throughout the day! Depending on the essential oil used, it may need to be re-applied with each use or every 2 or three uses.  These are also known as "anxiety bracelets" because you can use them to diffuse lavender oil, which can have an anxiety-calming effect.
