MEASUREMENTS Each bracelet measures approximately 7" around when not being stretched, although length may vary slightly. The round beads are app. 8mm. Made with elastic cord that stretches. AROMATHERAPY USE For use as an essential oil diffuser, spread a few small drops of your desired essential oil* (such as lavender, lemongrass, or eucalyptus) on the Lava rock beads (be careful not too use too much, so it isn't overpowering) and let it absorb for a couple minutes before putting it on your wrist. Enjoy the oil's benefits throughout the day! Depending on the essential oil used, it may need to be re-applied with each use or every 2 or three uses.  These are also known as "anxiety bracelets" because you can use them to diffuse lavender oil, which can have an anxiety-calming effect.
