These shorts are made of 98% cotton and 2% spandex. The shorts are stretchy with 5 pockets and are button-fly. The rise is 10 1/4", the waist measures 14.5" flat lay. On the back of the shorts, the waist measurement down to the raw edge is 12" and on the front, the waist to the raw edge is 10.5". These are a light wash denim.
