It also has a slight white cast due to the mixed chemical and physical sunscreen formula, and it settled into the tech neck lines I've got. It applies very comfortably and it is a true milky liquid sunscreen, dries to a powder dry finish, no irritation on my eczema prone sensitive skin, it does have a floral fragrance however. It does perform well under makeup, not greasy at all or make the foundation melt. Bought it at the Cosme store in Tokyo for 3058 yen
