Worn once or twice. I’m a true 7, so these are a bit big on me. That said, I’ve always worn them with petal adhesives to make them fit a bit more snug - which means the balls of my feet never came into contact with the shoe (no sweat absorbed!) They’re in really great condition and would made a great staple for someone who is a size 7.5.
