suneedee87 @macwhat550 I am pretty certain that it's marked a 14 but with the adjustable lace and how it's fitted it could vary. I have some measurements in the pictures if that helps. I cannot confirm for sure if it is though. There are no tags anywhere that identifies it as Millys. Not familiar with the brand so I do not know if this is typical.
