Paisley Silk Halter Dress With Tassel Tie straps around the neck and back for an adjustable fit. Adjusts the waist and ties in an open back and another tie in halter style in back of the neck with tassels on the end and gold colored bead boi tyres aren't doing this justice!!!!!! very good condition made in India. 80% Silk 20% Polyester. This will easily fit a small or medium possibly a large, but can't be sure, it's meant to adjust to a variety of sizes!
