Vintage 70s Jack Hartley Miami red flamenco ruffled maxi dress, size 9 or 10 Cherry red maxi dress with a bit of stretch, back zip and tie closure, and lightly padded bust. Features ruffle shoulders and sides and rouching at bust. Has a bit of stretch, no pockets, and runs small as is typical of vintage pieces.
