Good quality rayon, nylon and spandex blend skirt. The outer layer of the skirt measures 17 inches long from top to bottom. The tie on the thigh pulls together the outer layer that covers an even shorter length under the wrap that's 14 inches long from top to seam of inside layer. From seam to seam across the top measures 13 inches. Just a nice piece.
